NPC srl, aside from the design and construction of water treatment plants, follows the customer with the suitable technical training for the operators who will manage them and assists the entire life of the plant with all the necessary technical assistance. Available 24
hours a day, we ensure effective routine and emergency maintenance.
Upon customer’s request and express authorization, every plant we manufacture can be followed and managed remotely, thus ensuring a constant monitoring by qualified and specialized staff, able to notice the minimal variation in the parameters and eventual
malfunctioning and to quickly take action avoiding failures and burdensome breakdowns, besides unexpected and unpleasant machine downtime.
